MG PB Roadster - 1936 - Lot 118
MG PB Roadster - 1936 Serial number: PB0675 Estate Collection F. Bought in 2004 Carte Grise Française Collection One of the most pleasant pre-war roadster models. With its overhead camshaft engine, short gearbox and lightness, this model distinguished itself in 16° competition at the Le Mans 24 hours in 1937 and with 3 female crews in 1938. Dorothy Stanley Turner, her favourite pilot, took part in Paris - St Raphael. The PB Roadster is eligible in all the great historic races: Le Mans Classic, 1000 Miglia. It has been used by our collector, a quality MG lover, in various rallies. The engine is not original. After an overhaul it will be used with pleasure for many occasions; a real investment car due to its rarity, only 526 units have been produced. A car in its "juice" with a superb color. Without reserve price
